When trying to reset my password I receive the message `Your client is too old; please ctrl/cmd-reload the page to get a new one.`. Force-reloading the browser does not fix this, and the same result occurs across multiple browsers.
Are you trying to set a new password from inside the client (once you are logged in)? That should work.
If you are trying to reset your password on the login screen, that does indeet not work (another problem introduced by the changes done in parallel to Rising Sun).
I can change the password to a standard one, so you can login and then change the password from within the game to something you like.
For that, please send me a direct message here on this forum with your account name and the email address used for your account (the latter is to make sure you actually made the account).
Apparently password reset is still not working. Trying to reset password for my wife's account (JeanGoul). Clicking the forgot password link at the start returns the "Your client is too old" message. Attempting to enter an incorrect password, and then clicking the forgot password link brings up a dialog stating that a reset message has been sent to the registered email address. But no email ever arrives.
Following the previous advice, I will send you a PM with wifes user and email address.
