Title: Payed for Subscription but didn't received it

Hello,

on December 18th, 2024 I payed for the 3 month complete subscription. In December I could play a few games with all cards. Since this January I only have the cards from the base game and my profile also shows that I have no running subscription although I payed for 3 month 3 weeks ago.

I would like to receive the content for the time I payed for.

Help appreciated.

A week after your payment was made, a chargeback was issued. I don't know why, usually this is initiated by you somehow. It automatically triggers the reverting of the subscription. A week after that the chargeback was reverted, I didn't even know that was possible and not something the automated system was prepared for. But in the end I actually got your money.

I now manually prolonged your subscription to April 11nd, hopefully that settles it.
