Hi, I have a bug that just started happening consistently in my last 5-6 games. I start a game, play a few rounds, and I automatically resign. Not after any delay, just randomly a message pops up saying either I've resigned, or that the other player has resigned, which then changes to say I've resigned. I play a lot, but I don't want to keep playing like this because it will affect my rating. I bought a one-month subscription literally just before this started happening. Would appreciate some help. Thank you.
Unfortunately, that's a bug that happens occasionally to some players. A fix is not expected soon, but there is a workaround you can do:
If this starts happening, log out of the game and don't log in again until you had two changes of the full hour. So if you log out at 1:40 pm, you can safely log in at 3:03 pm (3 min safety addition). If you log out 2:10 pm, you have to wait almost 2 hours until 4:03 pm.
