Hello, I just had a problem with user rasoh. He used nasty language and slow played on purpose.
He said that he was going to make me resign. Game #408804 on frankfurt. He eventually gave up on that
and let it timeout. I tried using the interactive chat and couldn't reach anyone in charge.
Can you please look into his account? What is the ETA on a blacklist so I don't have to deal with people like this?

I just had user Ovo_37 quit (i.e. leave me hanging) because I was beating him badly. Can we please
have the option to filter out people with certain quit percentages? I could do this on Goko.
