Wondering if there is a way to save kingdom setups for later recall. For example, in the rules to the box game of dominion there are recommended sets of 10 listed. Would like to play some of those online. :D

You can't save the kingdom in the client, but it's easyto create a Table with the required cards, if you save the names of cards on your computer:
1) New Table
2) Create Table
3) Advanced Options
4) Select Kingdom Cards
5) Paste the name of cards in the "Enter cards to include" textfield. For example: Cellar, Market, Merchant, Militia, Mine, Moat, Remodel, Smithy, Village, Workshop
6) Click Done and you can start the game by clicking ready (potentially after adding bots or waiting for opponents)
