I played a Replace to trash a Fortress and gain Harlem.
I expected Harlem to go to top of deck, and expected the opponent to get a Curse.
However, the opponent didn't gain a Curse.

NOTE: Replace and Fortress were gained from Black Market.

Sorry, I was wrong.
At previous turn, the opponent played a Lighthouse, so this behavior was not bug.
