Hi morningnara,
it seems you had on your earlier usage not confirmed your email adress. The email is adress is used exactly in cases like this, when you forgot your password and need to reset your password.
I've manually confirmed your email (hotmail), so now you can use the password reset link and set a new password.
Wait a few minutes after clicking it, and if the email hasn't arrived look in your SPAM folder.
