I'm wondering if there is an API available through which I can get my game data?
Overall stats, like who played and victory points, but also maybe more in-depth data. Is something like that available?

The closest you can find is Dombot on the Dominion discord: https://discord.gg/TQhTVB2
It has access to the database of games, you can ask it about your (or anyones) games, your match history vs. another player, how your rating changed, etc.
You can open a "conversation" with it by selecting "message" from right-clicking on it's name (in the right). Typing "!help" will give you a list of commands and how to get specific help for the commands. If you have questions, just ask on the server, usually someone will reply in seconds/minutes (could be even me ;) ).
