I could play Forest Dwellers every turn, without using a Favor. There weren't even any Liaisons in the Kingdom.
From the log, the game had a Liason: Student from the Wizards pile. And the log shows that you bought one, used it three times to trash a Copper, so got 3 additional Favors and used the Forest Dwellers 4 times, using up all your Favors, including the initial one you get at game start.
Since you rotated the Wizards, and only the Student is a Liaison, it looked like there was no Liaison at game end.
