Title: Lord Rattington freezed after playing the Scepter

In game #110143873 on Turn 19 Lord rattington played as follows

QuoteTurn 19 - Lord Rattington
plays a Trail
draws a card
gets + 1  Action.

plays a Bishop
gets +$ 1
gets 1 VP.
trashes a Silver
gets 1  VP.

plays a Collection (+$2)
gets + 1  Buy

plays a Scepter


I guess LR wanted to repeat the Bishop, but got stuck on trashing the last remaining card in hand.

That is a known but unfotunately not fixed bug regarding cards Lord Rat cannot play.  :-[
