Please consider adding the feature to disable certain cards that we do not want to play with. Five cards is simply not enough. There are many cards we do not like to play with in our group and miss the functionality we have with the old system.
As an alternative, on the game set up if there was an option to quick randomize which would show us the cards that were going to be played with, then we could just substitute a card or two if any cards showed up that we didn't like.
