As of Dec. 12, there appears to be an interface bug with the Tax event. The debt tokens that should be sitting on the top of each pile, indicating how much debt buying the card will incur, are missing. There does not appear to be any way to determine how much debut is currently accumulated on the card save for buying it and fining out.
(Note that functionality is fine; its just a matter of a missing icon.)
Yes, all markers on piles/landscapes are gone. That is being investigated.
