If you previously had an account on the MF system, you're supposed to have received an email. The email contains a link you can use to transfer. Please also check your spam box. If you haven't, contact us and we'll provide you the transition link in some other way.

If you had bought expansions on the MF system, you will be granted a year of subscription for free to those sets. Those people will also get the chance to convert the remaining of this free year to the offline version once we get that up. Unfortunately this does not apply to people who bought the subscription until the end of 2016 at MF.

After login, I'm stuck in the loading screen
Go to the login screen, enter username and password, but don't click login. Instead click "kick & resign". If it says "Kick succeeded", try logging in again. more on this button

Server connection was closed or cannot be established
If you are behind a firewall, make sure to open the ports we use (443)

If you discovered a bug, please describe it in this forum.

Please always include the game number and server.
It's in green in the chat when the game starts, e.g.
"Joining game #62 on frankfurt-test."

If the bug is about the interface, please also include what browser you're using, what computer system, and depending on the nature of the bug maybe a screenshot can help. We don't need this information when it's about cards, card interactions or the game log.
