A week after your payment was made, a chargeback was issued. I don't know why, usually this is initiated by you somehow. It automatically triggers the reverting of the subscription. A week after that the chargeback was reverted, I didn't even know that was possible and not something the automated system was prepared for. But in the end I actually got your money.
