I went to pay the other night.  The payment linkage did not work.
The result was I did not get to play at all, and thought oh well, I'll spend my $ elsewhere.

Today I discovered that a charge had been processed against my credit card and now my account is active and I guess since I tried to pay and was unable to enjoy the services.

Is there anyone responsible for ensuring that services are delivered for which we are charged?
