When I gain a temple using innovation, I can choose to first trash the cards, then gain the 1 victory point from the trashing. Is this intended behavior?

That would be nice... Honestly sometimes when my opponent takes a long time to play, I will get distracted and do something else while waiting for my turn, and it spirals into games that will take a half hour

No, I find this distracting... I still somewhat miss the minimal interface of isotropic.
