I was playing a game and the other player got unhappy that he was losing (blaming one card that he never bought). He started swearing and said he was leaving. He did not resign. I asked him to at least resign and he swore at me and told me to sit and wait. How do I report his behavior? It was very frustrating, there was only one province left and he just wouldn't play any more. I blocked him but I want this reported.
