for the past several days, most or all of the kingdom cards as well as the cards in my hand have been blacked out so that I cannot see them. What's going on?

I hope someone can help:  my subscription is silver but I keep getting thrown into  unfamailiar kingdoms.  I would welcome the opportunity to play unfamiliar cards in a non rated game, but when I dont know most of the cards, I am playing with one hand behind my back.  Do I have any options?
