This evening I played a 2-player game.
I already had 1 Harem, played 2 Villages, drew 2 Harems. But then was only able to play 2 harems.
Unfortunatly I dont have the game number anymore, but it was on Frankfurt between 9:15PM and 10:15PM if that helps.

c plays 2 Harems. (+$4) <---- here I could only play 2 Harems, although logically I should have had 3.
