In game #110143873 on Turn 19 Lord rattington played as follows

Turn 19 - Lord Rattington
plays a Trail
draws a card
gets + 1  Action.

plays a Bishop
gets +$ 1
gets 1 VP.
trashes a Silver
gets 1  VP.

plays a Collection (+$2)
gets + 1  Buy

plays a Scepter

I guess LR wanted to repeat the Bishop, but got stuck on trashing the last remaining card in hand.

Shouldn't Displacing a Potion allow picking up potion-priced cards up to Potion+2 ?

This is from Renaissance + Base game scenario:

The bug appears when both players have activated Capitalism project and then one players plays Bandit and two money-yielding action cards pop up. Neither player is able to choose the one for trashing and both players get a message that it is the other persons turn to choose (i.e. "waiting for player B").
