... If I press "done" after only selecting seaside, and press
"ready", I get an error "more cards required than available" If I then click choose kingdom cards again, only seaside is checked, but I always get the same cards available, with base cards.

This may be your "familiar cards" settings. If seaside is not marked as familiar and your maximum unfamiliar cards is small then the randomizer will complain (it used to just set up a board with two piles of cards)

A similar thing happened in a game I was playing. As I recall the events went something like:

• viper6720 was playing a bot
• I spectated, and when the game was over, joined
• we started, but viper6720 found the page sometimes in one game, a sometimes in a different one against a different player

yes, with this behaviour I do not dare play against people on my Android tablet, and it seriously degrades the experience against bots: I cannot find out what a card does without either buying it, or switching to another tab :(
