Maybe the cards-to-be-trashed could get a red outline and a red cross across them to visualise it during the gameflow. You could do the same for discards with another color, lets say yellow.

In the log file itself, please add as many visual clues as possible. I'd love marquee, blink and italic text parts everywhere. Not.

When i get ranked against well known high-level players, almost everytime one or two ppl come watch. And no, i do 100% not believe that players like Stef use spectator mode to cheat against me  :)

My opinion:
knowing the opponents hand is not worth much 99% of the game time (contraband and endgame is the 1%). Only a few percentage of ppl cheat. So there is a cheat possibility that only occurs rarely if ever.
On the other hand, a lot of ppl spectate better players to learn, or stream in spectating mode.
So to solve the small issue, you would do harm to a lot of people.
In cases like this, do as little harm as possible - leave it at it is.

Contraband is a very interesting edge case, tho. But in the hypothetical situation that I had to choose, I would rather ban Contraband than SpectatingMode. Reality check: Contraband is the new Scout, so the game wont loose much.

I think you are right. Its the same on "bridge troll" and "poor house".

1) They are that good - try playing solo buying only two Jacks or only two masqs, money and vp. You will be surprised how fast it is

2) the AI still is not very good, so 1) is not the reason it overbuys :-)

I would like the option "friends only", but only for practice games.
In the past, i suggested that you can name your tables (like "Fun4Friends" or "AllCards+BlackMarket") and to make them private. But having a "friends only" table seems to be an even better idea - no need to communicate a password anymore :-)

I think this is on purpose and not a bug.

hint: its not liked here to see "shame and blame" with account names.

There are two possibilitys:

1) he/she did it on purpose and will do it again.
Solution: Blacklist the player, if you are really sore write a PM to a moderator. If a player gets blacklisted alot, someone from ShuffleIT will investigate that account. If a pattern like repeated dissconnets before loosing shows, the account gets banned - and you get your lost ranking points back!

2) he/she did NOT do it on purpose
well ... you can not know. You can still blacklist him/her to be sure. You will do no harm, as there will be no repeated violations on the account. A bit of your ranking is lost, but it could also happen to you to loose your internet connetion during a close game.

It may not make strategic sense to convert coin *tokens* into coins when you have no buys,

The Estates are not action cards anymore when you count points. The wiki says that ... wait, what?

Inherited Estates do count for Vineyard.

I did not topdeck the gold, I've put it to position 2 (so my Wishing Well will hit it 100%). The log should not say "topdeck", as it is not accurate.
Suggestion: say "puts (cardname) into his deck" or even "puts (cardname) into his deck at position (x)"

Just dont accept undos. Some players (me) will blacklist you for it, but thats not bad as you anyhow dont want to play with ppl who use the undo option alot.

Just my two cents: In real life, everyone knows the intended play. For example, if I happily throw my hand consisting of a bank and four coppers on the table an scream "That province is MINE!!!", noone will ever try to lecture me that I only have a buying power of 5.
