First, to make it possible to examine at actual payment data, is "mark.andersen" your account name?

I don't really understand what the current exact situation is.

I understand your credit card has been charged.

Does the subcription you bought work? If you go to the "Account" tab, it should show all expansions you are currently subscribed to in color, with the ending date below it.

If the subscription works, do you want to continue using it, or want the charge refounded and the subscription deleted?

If the subscription does not work, do you want the charge refunded or the bought subscription activated?

AFAK, it will apply the VAT for Estonia, which is smaller (20%) than for Sweden (25%) (VAT rates looked up with web search, so no guarantee).

Note the bolde part on the text of Taxman:

Taxman
You may trash a Treasure from your hand. Each other player with 5 or more cards in hand discards a copy of it (or reveals they can't). Gain a Treasure onto your deck costing up to $3 more than it.

As you had attacked your opponent with Torturer before during that turn, they had only 3 cards in hand when you played Taxman, so they were unaffected.

When you discard cards "by choice" (say due to Milita), the last card picked will be the last card discarded (and thus observed by the opponents).

While topdeckoing, the cards are topdecked in the order clicked. So with Ghost Ship, the card you click last will end up on top of the deck.

The "mantra" for this is

"A gain that doesn't specifically say where to gain from (or names the card explicitly) can only gain from a Supply pile."

So you can't gain an Imp via Workshop, Remodel, Kiln, ...

You can gain it via Exorcist "... from one of the Spirit piles", or Tormentor "... gain an Imp from its pile".

If you were talking about "Ghost", you could also gain it via Graverobber (because it allows you to gain a card from $3 to $6 from the trash), ditto for Rogue.

I assume that it will be clear long enough before that time. If not, then

a) at end of November you can buy a 1-month sub, which will cost you just for the number of days after your then-current subscription runs out, and /or

b) an "until Dec 31st, midnight" option might pop up (pure speculation).

I have no idea if there are talks about prolonging already, or what their status is (if any). So it makes no sense to speculate for me (I'm doing community work and don't know anything about the business side). The only thing I know is that last time (when the first time period ran until end of 2019), it was announced in the middle of the year that it would continue for 2 more years.

[If you trashed two Treasure Maps]

What happened is correct behavior.

Note Treasure Map's text (with my ephasis):

Trash this and a Treasure Map from your hand. If you trashed two Treasure Maps, gain 4 Golds onto your deck.

On the second playing of the Treasure Map, you didn't trash 2 Treasure Maps, you only trashed one from your hand. The one you played was already in the trash from the first playing.

The difference to the Throne Room + Feast scenario you linked to is that Feast has no causal relationship between the trashing and the gain. The bold part shows that this is different for Treasure Map.

This is mentioned in the answer by Pat Ludwig there, who quotes:

Gaining the card isn't contingent on trashing Feast; they're just two things that the card tries to make you do.

For Treasure Map, as the bolded text shows, gaining the Golds is contingent on both Treasure Maps being trashed.

As further explanation to kieranmillar's answer, consider the current text of Inheritance, as established in the October 2019 errata of several cards (you can read what changed and why here: Dominion 2019 Errata and Rules Tweaks )

Inheritance: Event, $7
Once per game: Set aside a non-Command Action card from the Supply costing up to $4. Move your Estate token to it. (During your turns, Estates are also Actions with "Play the card with your Estate token, leaving it there.")

So, you are actually playing the Conspirator card you set aside, and this is the third Action played this turn, after Church and the Estate (which became an Action-Vicory card due to Inheritance).
