That "seeing opponent's cards" is not really a bug. You were in control for their whole Possession turn, including the time at the end when they draw their 5 cards. So you are supposed to know their cards, and the client does this by showing you their hand cards. Notice that the once card they draw from Village Green this turn (not the Possession turn) is hidden.

This has happened a few times this day/evening. The developer is aware of the problem and is trying to find/fix the root cause and deal with the subscriptions that were paid for and not delivered.

I've forwarded your problem to the developer.

In another support channel a similar remark was made, but later declared as "now working" by the poster. Maybe there was some temporary problem and you can check if it works now.

Such problems exist from time to time unfortunately. The most important information is that the wins/losses you accrued are not lost, they are just not (yet) shown in the client. After the fix is applied (usually some server reset), the ratings will be shown again updating after each game (maybe you have to wait until the next UTC midninght).

In this case, I notified the developer already, but I couldn't check if the problem has been solved yet.

Running games should never be deleted by the system, in theory. Now in practice, servers need to be maintained from time to time.

There is a switchover process where new games come to a new instance of a given server (Ohio, Tokio,...) and the old one just finishes the remaining ones, and after some time the old one is then taken offline or whatever that makes it inoperable for a while.

That "some time" was I think 24h at some time in the past, maybe it's larger/smaller now and I guess you got affetced by such a server switch when your game was still running on the old server.

Loading a game will actually return you back to exactly the same position as it was before. Now of course the question is if your game was saved at all, considering that ending a game in the way described above is not really "how it should happen". If you know the game ID of your "lost" game, you can try to load it and see what happens.

The whole payment processing is not done by Shuffle iT but their payment provider www.mollie.com. It's highly unlikely Shuffle iT would use a side channel, considering that dealing with payments has legal implications (taxes, etc.) Is paypal really the only option presented for your country?

I remember being able to pay with Bitcoin at least once, but then after the exchange rates became more volatile than  before, most payment providers have dropped Bitcoin payments (Steam and Microsoft took them, for example, but I think no longer do).

That does go against some players' intuition, but remember that Dominion is a real life game. In many cases there is no way to tell for an opponent if a player started with 2 Black Cards in hand already, or drew one from the first.
