I've seen people disconnect for 10-30s several times over a game, likey due to shaky WiFi/internet.

That has caused a small overall delay for the game, but nothing serious. I wouldn't want those games be decided by the bot's (in)ability to handle certain strategies.

You are right, this is a feature that gets asked for from time to time, it would really be nice.

What you can do, is to copy the game id of the just finished game (found in the chat), then go to "Advanced Options" and check the "Load old game" checkbox. Then you need to enter to game ID to load (paste it in) and the decision index (should be 0, you want to start at the very beginning).

Basically you are now beginning the same game again. That has a few more consequences than just the same kingdom. For example, the players will have the same starting hand, if a card like Obelisk is in the game, it will have chosen the same card, etc.

That's how this is shown online. The pictures on the physical card are the same on both sides, so there is no "other picture" available to represent "Twice misearable".

if you can find the source of the quote, that would be nice, because the second edition base rules say at the start of page 9 under "Additional rules":

QuoteYou can count the number of cards in your deck at any time (without looking at the card fronts), but cannot look through or count your discard pile or another player's deck or discard pile.

(Emphasis mine)

The first edition rulebook says essentially the same thing (with other words), so this isn't a change, it has always been this way. That's why this isn't implemented in the game.

Hi Yvie,

unfortunately that offer was only valid in 2017, when this new version of the game started (I think it actually went until Feb/March 2018, as not everybody started on the new version immediately).

What you can do right now is play the base game for free (against a bot or other players) and you can ask the automatcher to wait for someone that has some expansions, so you can play with cards from the expansions they have.

Hi,

can you check in the "Account" tab that your subscription is still running? Each picture for an "active" expansion (the ones you have access to) should be in color, all others in greyscale. In addition, under each expansion picture is the end date (past or future).

If that really checks out and your subscription is still active, did you change any parameters for the search recently? Best chances for matches are if your search includes "2P" (2 player games) and "rated" (rated games) and the values at "min rating" and "max rating" are not near zero (-10/10 should be good enough).

from what I can see JimmyZ doesn't seems to be on a table (maybe they set their option to not be "observable"), jesse.m.frey is alone on a table, that's right.

I don't understand what exactly the problem is.

If you are concerned about not being enough tables available to play for others, then this is not a problem. Virtual games don't have the same space restrictions than brick and mortar places, the number of tables isn't limited (or likley not by a number where 2 less is noticable).

If they are your friends and can't play because they can't leave the table, then they need to open an incognito (Chrome) or private (Firefox) window, go to "dominion.games", enter their name and password, but don't click on login but on "Kick & Resign" (small text below the login button). That "frees" them from whereever they are trapped in. Then they can use a normal window and login again.

If it is something else you are concerned about, please explain.

Hi Gorgan999,

I'm not sure which of the following scenarios you mean:

a) you have a currently running Gold or Silver subscription and want to stop that immediately and want your money back for the remainder of the time you paid for. If that's the case, I'll forward you to the developer, or

b) you have a currently running Gold or Silver subscription and don't want to prolong it after the time it runs out. In that case you need to do nothing, the subscriptions aren't self renewing, or

c) something else I didn't think of.

Please tell me which version it is, and if c), explain a bit more.

I notified him. Unfortunately he doesn't know what the reason is right now, and a reboot just solves it until the next time the problem happens.
