hello, I have a Gold Subscription.  For the past several days the auto matching is taking a very long time.  Usually I can get an auto match within a few seconds or so.

I have tried clearing the cache from my browser.  Also, my ISP is reporting no issues, pings look good.  (0% packet loss when pinging the site)

Any suggestions?

I don't know the game number but I definitely know the username.

How do I go about reporting this person for abusive behavior/language?

I'm not sure if it was b/c of my username, but I never got a message asking me to change it.
