What should I do if I haven't received an email?

Hello, I'm playing Dominion and I've been behind the same opponent 5 times in a rowEven though the first mover had an advantage, the shuffle resulted in a double bottom (in 3 out of 5 games, the purchase card from the first week was at the bottom of the deck).
Does the shuffle really keep randomness and fairness?
To be honest, I'm not convinced by the words that randomness and probability converge.Also, Dominion itself is too disadvantageous on the draw due to the increase in card power, so please take some relief measures.

ドミニオンをプレイしていると後手が圧倒的に不利なんですが
先手番と後手番の勝率が55/45といわれていた時期がありましたが、カードパワーの上昇・インフレに伴い最近では66/33位に思えます。
後手が１巡目に購入したカードがデッキの下に沈み４ターン目までにプレイ出来ないだけで負けが決定することもあります（特に改築等の廃棄＆獲得カード）
後手に対する救済措置が必要ではないかと思いますがいかがでしょうか？

ところでJPT21:30に対戦終了後にいきなりログアウトして、自分の試合数が6700から6670に、レートが56.1から55.5に下がりました。

エラーだと思います、システムのバグの修正をよろしくお願いいたします。

確率は収束するとは言いますが、最近ドミニオンオンラインをプレイしていて運の要素だけで負ける事が多々あります。
相手だけ最速で浮浪者が傭兵に変わりこちらはいつまでも浮浪者のまま
１枚だけのウオリアーがピンポイントにウオリアーに廃棄される
5-2が圧倒的に有利なのに相手先行で相手だけ5-2スタート･･･等々ありますが
山札のランダム要素は本当にランダムなのか正直不安です。
運の要素はどうすればいいのでしょうか
