Hello

For a couple of days I have been unable to start a new game in auto match.

I wait for another user but the game never starts.

I have a premium core subscription and used to be able to connect almost instantly but now it's impossible to play a game

In the upper right corner of the site, you can find your account name with a downwards triangle beside it. Here is how it looks for me, for you it should of course say "Margaretitm" instead of "Ingix":



Click on the downwards arrow, then choose "Account settings"



After this, you get to a bigger page that has some of your info (blacked out here) and you can change your password there:



Enter the new password you want to use in fields numbered 1. and 2., then enter your current passwword in field 3. and finally press the "Change Profile" button (4.). You can, if you want, also create a secret question (bettween 2. and 3.)
