Connection Problems / You are already logged in.

I played a game, finished it and hit leave game. Then when I tried to search for a new game I got the message 'You are already logged in.'. I logged out and back in and the error persisted. I tried a new web page and it persisted. I have tried on Chrome and Safari and I get the same error. I logged out of my computer and back in and still get the error. This is on a Mac with the current OS.

When Destrier is put into the Kingdom from Divine Wind, its cost is not reduced base on the number of cards the player has gained this turn.
