Events & Landmarks do not appear!

Joining game #1185888 on frankfurt.

• Players: 2
• Banned cards: Inheritance, Stash
• Required cards: Hamlet, Scheme, Diplomat, Monument, Capital, Merchant Ship, Mine, Rabble, Upgrade, Witch, Lost Arts, Dominate
• Special kingdom rules: No Colonies, No Shelters

However, Lost Arts and Dominate never came up!

I can reproduce this one as well.

I can see in the kingdom selection screen all cards showing, but when I click ready the event cards are missing.

I did some basic testing on this and it seems that if all 10 kingdom cards are manually selected then the events/landmarks are not added.  Removing one kingdom card and setting it to random means that the events/landmarks are included.

As a short term work around, if you manually set both the minimum and maximum number of events/landmarks to the number you manually included, then they'll appear.
