champion with the bots does not play at all.  No extra actions or protections

Do you have a game number?  Yours has not been my experience (ie, in the few games with the 'bot and Champion, it's always worked, for me, as expected).

Generally Champion seems to work, I agree on that with josh. The additional +1 Action from Champion is added after an Action has resolved, which was counter intuitive to me, but seems to be correct.

Thanks for reporting the problem, Michael. Next time it would be very helpful if you can include the game number in your report. The game number is at the beginning of the game log, and is added at the beginning of the game to the chat: "Joining game #8446352 on oregon". Since the bots don't chat, there is a good chance it is still the last thing in the chat when the game ends or you notice a problem.
