Language flag in log?

I think it would be nice to know what language other people are using. This might help with some inter-player communication issues. For example, it would change my expectation for chat responses if I saw the other player was not playing in English.

Could the game display the language flag at the head of the log?

i would more like some kind of profile where you can add what languages you speak/understand.
the language flag for the language you use doesn't say anything about that. i could for example just for fun set the language to german, so i could learn a bit more german, altough i barely speak it.
