Server doesn't allow new games

Why is this still happening?  How incompetent are the people who run the site?

It's still happening because the bug that causes it was not found. The outage took around 15 minutes this time.

This is happening for me, now.

I've tried logging out etc.  I log in fine but when I try to launch a game, I get this error message.
