Two Voyage Turns with Ghost

In game #96525294 my opponent was able to get two turns from Voyage when it was played with the Ghost. This surprised me as I expected the second turn to fail just as when Ghost plays Outpost.  Am I misunderstanding the text "If the previous turn wasn't yours"? Thanks.

The behavior is correct:

"If the previous turn wasn't yours" is checked when you play Voyage/Outpost. So playing Voyage on a Voyage turn will not give you an extra turn (similar to Outpost).

Outpost in addition says "If this is the first time you played an Outpost this turn" such that the second play is not effective. Voyage doesn't have such a clause.

I see the difference between Outpost and Voyage. Thanks for that clarification. I'm trying to think of a situation where the "If the previous turn wasn't yours" applies to Voyage. Could you clarify further with an example?

I think an example would be playing a voyage during a voyage extra turn. I got very confused in one games with posession in as well!
