Card pool minimum rating won't go higher than 5

I can't move my cardpool minimum rating above 5. Every time I click the "+" to increase it, or use the mouse to highlight and keyboard in a higher level, it reverts back to 5. I can enter a lower level, like 4, but it won't let me go higher than 5.

That's true for players without a subscription, IIRC. It matches the previous "Wait for expansions" method, where you also couldn't force a match with a player with a Gold subscription, only with some subscription (Silver or Gold). Level 5 is what the Core subscription now gives.
