Thank you for adding the "All" button for expansions to the kingdom options

The "Select All" and "Select None" options, in the list of expansions for new tables, were removed when the new UI was introduced in February, and I really missed them. Setting up a game with a few specifically picked expansions required a lot more clicks than before. I was wishing that you would add something like that back.

I noticed the "All" button that was added in the last few days. Thank you so much. This change fixed what I thought was one of the biggest annoyances with the new UI.
