Border Guard's horn allowed me to topdeck 9 (!) BGs

On multiple turns, I was able to topdeck more than 1 BG with Horn. I suspect this was some interaction with Villa, but I am not sure.

Yes, every time you go back to your Action phase from your buy phase (buying Villa can do that), the game incorrectly adds one more option to topdeck a Border Guard. It's a know, but not yet fixed bug.
