What does this message mean: "Server doesn't allow new games"

Hey I am trying to queue up and whenever I do, the error appears in the bottom right corner:

"Server doesn't allow new games"

This just started 20 minutes ago.
What is going on?

2 servers take turns running games. Every hour that changes, old games continue to run on the 'old' server, but new games are started on the other, the 'new' server. One hour later the same happens again, except with reversed roles.

This night, there was likely a problem with the 'new' server, so players connected to the 'old' server that (by intention) does not start new games for roughly an hour (when it becomes the 'new server'). That's what the error message means.

If everything works as it should, you have to manually change servers to see that error message, but this night there were apparently problems with one server that made this message appear for all players in a given time frame.

I paid for the subscribing and the server cant afford 1 more table, currently those tables are being used by zombie accounts(no one plays and just doing nothing inside)... Should I unsubscribe the website and leave Dominion?

That problem unfortunately seems to occur from time to time and the reason is that one of the two servers that alternate between being the server to play on has a problem.

All the other people have the same problem, they are on a table from a previous game, but can't play either.
