I just bought the 18month subscription last night.
I have regretted and would just like the 3months now.

is it possible to get refunded for the shorter time or is there no way to do it?

I'll forward it to the developer. I'm not sure if a partial refund is possible (the 15 month refund only), I think the most likely scenario would be a full refund and you need to buy again for 3 month.
