Game glitched while switching turns

Game# 174997031, myself and ringold83.  Happened once to each of us.  When my turn ended, ringold83's set aside cards were visually played (to me), their timer started counting down, but they could not act, screen text said "waiting for jc645", but I could also not act as my turn had ended.  Fixed by refreshing browser.  Ringold83 then finished their turn, then the same thing happened to me (ie I could not act to them it said "waiting on jc645").  Again fixed with refreshing browser.  Previous game we played, and the first dozen or so turns in this game had no issues.

Can you remember at which rough time that happened? Before Divine Wind activated or after? Long before/after? Which effect had set aside the cards (Blockade, Foresight or Haven)?

After divine wind.
I think it was the 2nd to last turns for each of us - we each had a Samurai in play.  The only other duration cards that could have been in play were Captain (me), Merchant Ship (opp), Blockade (I think both of us), or Secret Cave (both of us).
If our game chat was available it could be pinpointed as we were each trying to figure out what was wrong/why the other player wasn't acting.

Just happened again, game #175209265.  In this game it also happened a couple of turns after the Divine wind board reset.  Both of us had bought Citadel.  I think I had a bridge toll, wharf and blockade in play when my turn ended and opp's turn didn't fully start.
