Bot trashes down to nothing with Chapel

Bot's deck went something like:

Open Chapel/Silver
Trash everything.
Hit $2, buy a 2nd Chapel.
Trash everything except Silver.
Trash everything except Silver and the 2nd Chapel.

and then the bot's deck was 2 Chapel, 1 Silver, and it bought nothing for the rest of the game.

Same thing happened in game #3913 on frankfurt-test2.

Lord Rattington bought a chapel and a potion on the first two turns. Bought a scrying pool and trashed the potion in the turn after. Ended up with a deck that looked like 1 scrying pool, two chapels and a silver or perhaps two. Played a silver on every turn afterwards and never bought anything.
