Thanks for soliciting feedback, here goes...
1. An offline client, allowing you to play campaigns against bots
Don't care about this at all.
2. A bot with a setting for different play styles
3. A strong bot.
I doubt I will ever want to play against any bot.
4. Options for timed games
Meh.
5. Options for undo settings
This would be really nice. Specific suggestions: Always allow undo when no new info was gained; always reject undo when new info was gained.
6. Online mini-tournaments; the option to easily create one for you & your friends.
Might be cool but I wouldn't prioritize it. Tourneys can be done manually by a group of friends, or folks on f.ds, etc.
7. Option to invite specific players to your table
This would make the friend list a lot more useful. Along these lines, chat with friends that persists past a game would also be handy.
8. More translations (to what language?)
I have no languages to request, but this is a good thing in general.
9. Better animations when cards are gained/bought/played/...
The animations are okay as is, better ones wouldn't improve my experience.
10. Better visualization of split piles, Archive/Crypt contents, Prince targets, ...
Yes please.
10. Option to hide the log
Nice to have but not necessary.
11. Android app (or just improved compatibility?)
12. iPhone app (or just improved compatibility?)
I mostly play from desktop browser so it's not important to me.
13. Downloadable game logs
Depends what's meant by downloadable. Hit a button to save the log at the end of a game would be merely okay. What's really wanted is something like councilroom or gokosalvager.com, where there's a searchable and linkable history.
14. Improved moderation (dealing with chat abuse, slowplayers, ...)
15. Tutorial on how to play Dominion

I haven't found any of these to be an issue.

The thing I most want is for you to get the ban list feature done.
Second most is game log history like we used to have with salvager/councilroom
It would also be nice if we could add friends or blocks at times other than right after a game with that person.
Edit: Saving/editing kingdoms for later was mentioned below, I would like that too.
