1. An offline client, allowing you to play campaigns against bots
This would be fantastic for me, as I'm quite often outside of internet's reach, and would like an option to play that doesn't rely on connection.
2. A bot with a setting for different play styles
As someone who mostly plays against bots, different play styles would be great to keep things variety happening. Of course, with different cards, this variety is already pretty good.
3. A strong bot.
If the AI doesn't break game rules (as some games allow to "increase difficulty"), I don't see why not. Challenges are fun in themselves.
4. Options for timed games
As long as this is an option and not the only setting, as I often play this in a way that I have to constantly move attention away from the game, and can take minutes between turns (another reason I prefer to play against bots, so I'm not stalling other players)
5. Options for undo settings
An option, but not a requirement. I wouldn't use it most likely.
6. Online mini-tournaments; the option to easily create one for you & your friends.
Not something I'd partake in, as I play casually, not competitively. If the option to connect locally to play against friends would be something I'd use though.
7. Option to invite specific players to your table
Locally more than online would be how I'd use this option.
8. More translations (to what language?)
N/A for me.
9. Better animations when cards are gained/bought/played/...
Animations are nice, but I'm ok with the text history.
10. Better visualization of split piles, Archive/Crypt contents, Prince targets, ...
Any visualization that makes playing the game easier, I'm always happy for.
10. Option to hide the log
I prefer to use the log, but it is nice to have the ability to toggle it to give a bit more screen space to play, for example when reading unfamiliar cards.
11. Android app (or just improved compatibility?)
I use an iPad, but cross compatibility to android would be good, in case I'm playing against a friend.
12. iPhone app (or just improved compatibility?)
This is what I'd primarily play on.
13. Downloadable game logs
Not a requirement for me.
14. Improved moderation (dealing with chat abuse, slowplayers, ...)
For playing offline, this seems N/A to me. Even if I was playing against someone locally, I could talk to them about it rather than use an in-app option. And while a campaign is a great way to introduce new cards, I'd be happy enough for a table with random selection.

Not useful to me, but for new players, sure.

A bit more information in some of the options (like a mousem-over for more information) would be nice, but otherwise not a requirement.
