Interface Issues / transmogrifying into villa broken

when i transmogrify something into a villa, that villa breaks for the whole turn. it becomes unclickable and is blank like you can see on the screenshot.
i accidently closed dominion, so i dont know which frankfurt game it was. but the bug is reproduceable.

when i can take a wine merchant off the tavern mat the log offers me this:
