I cannot login and keep getting the message:

 "Your client is too old: please ctrl/cmd-reload the page"

I have a fully paid subscription. What do I do? Thanks

Hello, I'm trying to subscribe but I just get a screen saying I'm being redirected and then nothing happens. Help! Thanks, KXJ
