Login Screen - Forgot Password Gives Password Error

The forgot password feature of the login screen is telling me that I cannot proceed because I entered the wrong username / password.

Are you sure you typed in the correct username?

Possibly you're trying to login with an account from the previous implementation. In that case, you need to migrate your account first by clicking the link in the email you got (or willl shortly get) from us.
