Subscription issue

In June 2024 I started a 6-month subscription of the core subscription associated with my account (Bugster) and it worked for awhile, but just recently (2 months later) I logged in and the subscription had expired. Would you be able to check my payment history to see if this was an error in the subscription for my account?

That's strange. The database shows that the Bugster account has the core subscription until February 2025, and another account under the same email address exists, where the core subscription runs until December 2024, so both should be active.

1) Do you have maybe another account you are using?
2) How do you conclude that the subscription has expired?
