Default for paying off debt with coffers

I played a Capital during my buy phase so I have six debt. I have $3 in actual money remaining and I also have 3 Coffers. When I click on "end buys" I am able to pay off debt, but the default amount of debt I can pay off is 6, not 3. I should be 3. I'm not sure but I thought it used to be 3.

Yes, that changed I think either with Allies or one of the 2Es. It's been reported already, but I'll bump it up. Most players will think about spending Coffers if they really want to, but it rarely seems the best option by default.
