Server Doesn't Allow New Games. Please Reload

Frequently at the end of the game when I try to continue with the same game or try to go to "edit table" to create a new game, I get the error message stated in the title.

For the moment, the game servers are restarted and switched every hour, because otherwise they become unresponsive. So what you experience happens every hour, for every player, meaning every 2-4 games roughly.

A version is in testing that aims to automate most of this.

Started getting "Server doesn't allow new games" at 9PM EST whenever trying to start a new game, even after reloading.

getting the same message, not able to play any games for the past ~15min (problem started about 10pm EST for me), nothing working in terms of logging out, restarting, etc
