Rogue Card Issue when playing Bots

When playing with 3 Bots, Rogue card is affecting only one player and skipping the others. how can this be corrected?

Can you give a game number where that happens?

I looked at your last 40 games, exactly one of them had a Rogue in it, which you bought but never played.
